Sofia Martinez-Guasch is an Associate in the firm’s estate planning, corporate and real estate departments.  Ms. Martinez-Guasch focuses her practice on trust and estate planning and administration, and business succession planning, advising closely held and family-owned businesses. Ms. Martinez-Guasch assists clients with safeguarding personal assets and business interests while implementing tax-saving strategies to preserve wealth for future generations.  In addition, Ms. Martinez-Guasch deals with all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including probate and real estate disputes.

Prior to joining Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP, Ms. Martinez-Guasch was an associate at a multi-practice regional law firm and worked as a judicial intern at the Essex County Probate and Family Court.  While at Suffolk University Law School, Ms. Martinez-Guasch also served as President and Vice-President of the Women’s Law Association.
