Litigation Associate Attorney/Lateral Partner
We are seeking an experienced senior litigation associate with 5 or more years of experience for a partnership track opportunity. The firm will consider lateral partner candidates if the qualifications and fit exist. The firm’s litigation practice focuses on:
Civil litigation – especially business disputes (shareholder, partnership, contract, construction, business torts, and employment discrimination (age, sex and handicap), employment disputes (contract, Wage Act, etc.), class action, real estate and personal injury.
The successful candidate will be aggressive, able to work independently, and efficient in managing a case load. Criteria includes top academic credentials, writing experience in law school publications, prior work experience in trial and/or motion practice, assisting in trials and drafting pre-trial documents, including complaints, written discovery, memoranda, motions and excellent advocacy skills. This position includes direct client contact. Portable billings not required by a significant plus. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

We are seeking a lateral partner and/or senior associate level attorney with at least 5 years of business and commercial real estate experience to join and build its thriving business practice group. Litigation Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a bright, energetic, full-time administrative assistant with a minimum of three years’ legal assistant experience. Successful candidate should have experience in supporting complex civil litigation in Massachusetts state and federal courts with knowledge of organizing litigation files, scheduling depositions, familiarity with discovery matters and the procedural rules, must possess strong typing and organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a time sensitive environment. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required. Job responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining files, answering phones, drafting and proofreading correspondence and other documents and other office support functions. Applicant must have good interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients, be proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, dependable and have a professional attitude, appearance and demeanor.
