Brendan Cooke focuses his practice on litigating disputes involving real estate, easement rights, breach of contract, and fiduciary disputes. Mr. Cooke began his legal career at Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP as a law clerk, gaining crucial experience with the firm’s focus on results driven strategy, client focused advocacy, and preparation for litigation to maximize early case resolution. He now implements that experience in his practice at Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP to secure favorable results for clients.

Prior to joining Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP, Mr. Cooke attended Suffolk University Law School, where he served as case comment editor on the Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy. During law school, Mr. Cooke also worked as an intern for a judge in the Middlesex and Essex County Juvenile Courts, where he gained valuable experience in advocacy and dispute resolution.

  • Real Estate: Obtained recognition of a lawful preexisting, non-conforming in-law suite from a municipal Zoning Board of Appeals, allowing the homeowner to advertise and sell the property as including an in-law suite.
