Point and Click was founded in 1990 and provides an Electronic Health Record software platform mainly used by colleges and universities, allowing Banyan to break into niche higher-education health markets.

Banyan Software, Inc. is a larger software acquisition company that utilizes the “buy-and-hold-for-life” strategy that allows them to stay true to the legacy of the founders of each business they acquire.
