Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP set to be recognized in this year’s 32nd Annual Best Lawyers List® for their work in specified practice areas. Best Law Firms® is a peer reviewed list presented by Best Lawyers® utilized to select the top 100 Law Firms in a specified country or jurisdiction.

While Best Lawyers® was founded in 1981, they didn’t begin the Best Law Firms® List until 2009 when they published their first edition. Another contrast between the two is that Best Law Firms® utilizes Client/Professional feedback while Best Lawyers® is based purely on a peer reviewed methodology.

The Best Law Firms® list, created through information provided by a client/professional survey and other information provided by the firm itself, bases their feedback on the entire firm. This includes attorneys, support staff and any other employees that help the firm achieve this honor. Best Law Firms® utilize a tier system to rank their law firms and recognizes specific law firms in their print editions.

Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP has been ranked in two separate practice areas by Best Lawyers®. BMK has been ranked a Tier Two law firm in Litigation within the specialty of labor and employment as well as a Tier Three ranking within commercial litigation.

Managing partner, Robert Berluti, was recognized by Best Lawyers® earlier this year for both litigation within labor and employment and commercial litigation as a part of the Best Lawyers in America® list.
