Boston, Massachusetts, April 1, 2024 — Robert R. Berluti, a partner of the Boston-based firm Berluti McLaughlin & Kutchin LLP, has been accepted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
ABOTA dedicates itself to the preservation and promotion of the Seventh Amendment, which guarantees the right to civil jury trials. Members in this prestigious invitation-only group must have tried a minimum of 10 civil jury trials to conclusion. More than 7,600 lawyers and judges are involved in ABOTA chapters in all 50 states.

Mr. Berluti’s litigation expertise includes jury and bench trials in the United States District Courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut, the Superior Courts (courts of general trial jurisdiction) in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire and other states such as Florida, Georgia and Maryland. In Massachusetts he has also tried cases in the Fiduciary Litigation Session of the Probate and Family Court.
A graduate of Suffolk University Law School with an undergraduate degree from Tufts University. Mr. Berluti has also earned an LLM in Taxation from Boston University Law School and an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business. He is a Fellow of The Litigation Counsel of America, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, has earned recognition on the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list in 2005 and each year since 2007, and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell for 25 years.
