
BMK is pleased to announce that attorneys Robert R. Berluti and Michael Bednarz have successfully defeated a defendant’s motion for summary judgment in an ongoing employment discrimination case. This significant victory allows our client’s claims for age discrimination, retaliation, and violation of the personnel records statute to proceed to a jury trial.
The defendant had sought to have the case dismissed before trial, arguing there was insufficient evidence to support our client’s claims. However, Berluti and Bednarz presented compelling evidence demonstrating genuine disputes of material fact that must be resolved by a jury.
