Super Lawyers is a rating service that recognizes outstanding attorneys who have demonstrated substantial achievement in their respective practice areas. Selections are made through a rigorous, peer-reviewed and research-driven process. Each year no more than five percent of attorneys are named to the Super Lawyers list, and no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.
Robert Berluti has been included in the Super Lawyers list for the twenty-first time in the field of Business Litigation. His practice includes extensive experience in jury and bench trials involving business and employment disputes, including closely held business disputes, shareholder matters, employment and severance agreements, and related litigation. He advises clients across a wide range of matters, including derivative actions, wage and hour claims, trade secrets, intellectual property, restrictive covenants, real estate disputes, construction litigation, and investor–broker disputes. He also represents individuals in serious personal injury cases.

He has developed particular expertise in business succession planning and exit strategies, and frequently assists family businesses with generational transitions using sophisticated estate planning strategies to minimize tax exposure.
Matthew Dunn has been included in the Super Lawyers list for the first time, after being recognized on the Rising Stars list eight times in the field of Real Estate. He is an experienced transactional attorney and litigator with a concentration in land use, zoning, and complex civil disputes. He represents landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial and residential real estate transactions, and regularly appears before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts on behalf of individuals, businesses, and institutions.

With over 15 years of litigation experience, he focuses on complex business disputes and real estate litigation, including contractual claims, business torts, and fiduciary matters. He has handled cases involving multi-million-dollar exposure in both state and federal courts, argued numerous dispositive motions and appeals, and conducted multiple trials. He also has significant experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Michael Bednarz has been included in the Rising Stars list for the tenth time in the field of Business Litigation. He specializes in complex civil litigation across Massachusetts state and federal courts, representing clients in shareholder and partnership disputes, derivative actions, wage and hour litigation, trade secret and restrictive covenant matters, employment disputes, and construction and real estate litigation.
